**VOLUNTEERS NEEDED** Over 200 volunteers needed to assist when The Wall That Heals travels to Bates County at Butler next April! Several positions available, from parking attendant to tour guide to visitor greetings! Shifts will run approximately 4 hours and are available from Wednesday April 29 through Sunday May 1. This will be an epic event for Bates County and we anticipate thousands to travel to our area for the various events planned.
Tour groups are being scheduled now. All volunteers need to be able to attend the training session on Wednesday April 29 from 6:00-700pm. Extra, more difficult assistance is needed in Setup and Takedown on Wednesday 4/29 at 8:30am and again on Sunday 5/1 at 2pm.
Those shifts are a little longer and need able-bodied persons able to life from 5 to 80 lbs with assistance and set stakes and build framework for the Wall. Catered lunch will be provided for the setup crew. Please consider where you would like to work and sign up soon!! (Ages 18+ or with parent/guardian)
