January Employee of the Month
Bates County Memorial Hospital is proud to recognize
Dannielle Platt, LPN, as our January Employee of the Month. Dannielle has been
part of the BCMH team since September 2021, serving patients through Family
Care Clinics.
Dannielle was nominated by a fellow employee who
highlighted her exceptional dedication and willingness to help wherever she is
needed. From covering shifts across clinics to stepping into different roles, Dannielle
consistently supports both patients and coworkers with a positive attitude and
genuine kindness.
Her nominator shared, “Dannielle is always going above
and beyond for her patients and others. She is always willing to cover for
someone when needed no matter the position or clinic and she does so with grace
and a friendly smile. Dannielle can always be found helping patients and staff
alike. She is a shining star and a breath of fresh air no matter what day or
where she is at.”
Dannielle’s flexibility, compassion, and team-first
mindset make her an outstanding example of the values we strive to uphold at
Bates County Memorial Hospital. We are grateful for the care and positivity she
brings to our clinics and our community every day.
