On
April 30 just after 5 p.m., deputies with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office
Criminal Apprehension Unit attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding and
careless driving on southbound I-49 and 7 Highway in Harrisonville.
The driver of the vehicle failed to yield after deputies activated their emergency lights.
As a result of this incident, Madson is charged with Aggravated Fleeing, which is a Class D Felony and Operating a Motor Vehicle in A Careless or Imprudent Manner, which is a Class B Misdemeanor. He’s currently at the Cass County Jail with no bond allowed.
