Our small rural shelter runs primarily on volunteers, and we need more help. Most all of our money goes to the care of the homeless pets that we take in. We only have two full-time employees and a handful of part-time employees. We literally pretty much function with volunteers and with all of the donations that are received by our awesome supporters and some funds from the City of Clinton. Sadly, because of the high number of homeless pets we just don't have enough volunteers. People to socialize with them pets is so important. A walk, car ride or just hanging out in the playyard or cat room is vital to their well-being. We also have other things volunteers can do such as laundry, dishes, cleaning and more.
