Betty Jean McCain Cooper, age 102 of Butler, Missouri died Monday, January 27, 2025 at the Medicalodge of Butler. She was born November 9, 1922 to William Roy and Rama Blanche Dennis Bartimus in Milan, Missouri.
Betty is survived by a grandson, Matt McCain and wife Angie of Centerville, Kansas; two granddaughters, Amy Hoffman of Seattle, Washington and Molly Clark and husband Eric of Overland Park, Kansas; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her two husbands, Roland McCain and Jesse “Bud” Cooper; a son, Larry McCain; and three brothers, Paul, Joe and Carol Bartimus.
