Brew Haven Expresso, breakfast, lunch, and more coming soon to Orange Street on the Butler Strip. This soon-to-open Coffee Shop will be located next to Citizen’s Bank at 11 South Orange Street. The following information was released to the Media, by the new owner, Ashley Brownsberger.
Ashley
Brownsberger, is the the proud owner of Brew Haven (11 S. Orange St. Butler,
MO) With nearly a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality
industry, her journey began as the Event Coordinator for the Greater Kansas
City Restaurant Association. Under the mentorship of Bill Teel, a seasoned
professional known for his successful ventures like the Golden Ox, KC Masterpiece, and TJ Cinnamons, her passion for hospitality blossomed.
In late 2023, when Bill retired, Ashley found
myself at a crossroads. However, her love for the industry led her to embark on
a new venture—opening a coffee shop. Drawing on her network in Kansas City,
Ashley Brownsberger meticulously crafted a plan. If you haven't experienced the
hospitality of Garozzo's Ristorante, Pierpont's, or a Nick and Jake's, she
highly recommends a visit; they epitomize exemplary service in fine
establishments.
Inspired to bring a similar level of service to
Butler, Brownsberger envisioned Brew Haven—a place offering friendly, efficient,
and affordable dining experiences. Fueling her vision further, Brownsberger
convinced her niece, Taylynn, to join her in this venture. Despite initial
doubts, they pursued their dream. Following intensive training at the Seattle
Barista Academy, they have returned home, meticulously planning every detail.
Open
day has not yet been released. More details as they develop. For now watch for
the Brew Haven Expresso to open. We welcome this new business to the Butler
Community.
