Senior events scheduled for next week
Graduation for the Class of 2024 will take place next Friday, May 10 at Memorial Stadium at 7 p.m. The event will be live streamed at this link - https://youtube.com/live/eFarFTO4df4?feature=share. Memorial Stadium is closed to the public through May 13.
Prior to graduation, the senior class will have a week of activities. On Tuesday, they will give back to the community during the annual Senior Day of Service. The seniors will help at 30+ job sites around the community in the morning and then enjoy a lunch provided by the Harrisonville Rotary Club. Senior Day of Service shirts are sponsored by FC Farm & Home and Stafford/Leavitt Insurance.
On Wednesday, the Class of '24 will hear from graduates of the Class of 2020 and parade through district schools in their caps & gowns.
The annual Senior Excellence in Academics Ceremony is set for Thursday, May 9 at 7 p.m. in the HHS Performing Arts Center. The live stream for that event will be at this link - https://youtube.com/live/X5iuWh1XoYY?feature=share
