On Sunday, September 17th, 2023, at approximately 11:30 p.m., members of the Clinton Missouri Police Department were called to investigate a shooting in the 400 Block of North Price Lane. Upon arrival, officers located a juvenile victim, 16, of Clinton Missouri, with an apparent gun shot wound to the chest. Taken into custody was Thomas Ribby, 70, also of Clinton Missouri. The juvenile victim was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The investigation is currently ongoing.
