Cooper is the 2 year old daughter of Jasmine James, formerly of Butler, who is suffering from Dravet Syndrome. Cooper and her mother are facing extreme medical bills and other expensive, because they often have to travel for her treatments. This event is specifically planned to be kid-friendly.
