Two people were killed and another person was seriously injured in a three-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon, May 17th, 2026, on Missouri Highway 7 east of Clinton in Henry County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the crash happened just before 3 p.m.
Troopers
said a Ford crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a Nissan. A third vehicle
then struck the Nissan, causing it to overturn. The driver and a passenger in
the Ford were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Nissan suffered
serious injuries. The crash remains under investigation by the Missouri Highway
Patrol.
