Bates County Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce Geneva Blurton, RN, of the Emergency Department as the April Employee of the Month.
Geneva joined BCMH on August 9, 2023, and has become a valued
member of the Emergency Department team. She was nominated for her compassion
toward patients, strong communication, and dedication to ensuring those in her
care feel supported and comfortable.
Her nominator shared, “She is very compassionate with patients.
She makes sure her patients are ok at all times. She has very good
communication and has a sweet demeanor. Her IV skills are top notch!”
Geneva’s professionalism and patient-centered approach make
a meaningful difference to both patients and coworkers. BCMH is proud to
