On Monday, February 9, beginning at 7:30AM, the City of Archie Water Department will be doing a whole town shut down of water service to make the 2nd tie-in on the new water main at Jefferson Street & Chestnut Street.
Pine Street will be down to one lane while the work is being done. Water service will be brought back up as soon as possible.
The Water Department anticipates doing the last shut down for the final tie-in on this water main on Monday, February 16.
Another notice will be posted closer to that date. Thank you for your patience while this work is completed. We are one step closer to being able to isolate smaller portions of the City when doing water line repairs and replacements.
