Cass County has a reward out for information leading to an arrest in relation to property damage to a piece of equipment belonging to the Road & Bridge Department. An excavator, which belongs to the Cass County Road & Bridge Dept. was sitting near Purvis Rd. in rural Pleasant Hill when it was vandalized. The damage was believed to be caused between Friday afternoon, January 30th, 2026, and Sunday morning, February 1st, 2026.
