In an update to the story regarding the deceased person found in the creek by Sutherland's in Harrisonville, the medical examiner has confirmed the person to be Daniel Potter of Harrisonville, MO. At this time, no foul play is suspected and this appears to be a tragic accident. We will update this story if any other information becomes available.
