The City of Rich Hill knows that a lot of you still have not received your bill. They apologize for the problems going on with mail to cause these delays. The City of Rich Hill did send them out on Nov. 3rd.
The city also reminds you that you can still call or go to
City Hall to find out your balance and/or make your payment, if you know your
account number you can also look it up online.
The City of Rich Hill’s new payment system is live and enables
you to set up ACH payments if you would like.
However, with their new payment system there are convenience
fees.
