Wheels in the Grass Car Show & Swap Meet Returns September 14
The Bates County Memorial Hospital Foundation invites the community to
its annual Wheels in the Grass Car Show & Swap Meet on Sunday,
September 14, 2025, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in the hospital’s west parking
lot.
This rain-or-shine fundraiser features classic and custom cars,
motorcycles, rat rods, and race cars, with awards for Best of Show and multiple
categories by vehicle type and era. Car show registration runs from 10:00 am to
2:00 pm, and entry fees are by donation.
Proceeds benefit the Bates County Memorial Hospital Foundation,
which helps fund healthcare scholarships for Bates County residents pursuing a
field of medical study. The Foundation also accepts donations directed to
special initiatives, including the BCMH Cares Mammogram Fund, the Long-Nissen
Infusion Center, and more.
