Join the Bates County Museum in Robertson Hall on Thurday, October 9th at 6pm, to learn about Rendy's experience growing up in the Bates County jail. During her father, Clovis Sivils time as Sheriff in Bates County (1952-1972), Rendy and her family lived in the jail and had many memorable experiences, including being taken hostage with her mother.This is a free event, sandwiches, chips and cookies will be served. Donations as always will be accepted and appreciated.
