The Vernon County Sheriffs office was dispatched to Nevada Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, for an alleged sexual assault. After conducting a brief interview with the victim, they were able to obtain suspect information. At appx. 2:00 a.m. the last suspect was arrested . The Nevada Police Department assisted with this case, and two suspects were placed on 24 HR investigative holds and charges were sent to the Vernon County Prosecutor.
