The Vernon County Sheriffs Department was dispatched to a disturbance on May 11, 2025 at 21400 South 43hwy. Upon arriving on scene it was determined that it was a domestic disturbance. After a brief investigation deputies were able place in custody a Male adult, Jonathan M. Forester, for domestic assault. Mr. Forester was taken to the Vernon County Jail and placed on a 24hr investigative hold and charges were sent to the Vernon County Prosecutor. Charges were filed by the prosecutor and are as follows.
Domestic
Assault - 2nd Degree; and
Endangering
the Welfare of a child - 2nd Degree
Bond was set
at $150,000.00 cash only
