Bates County Soil and Water Conservation District will host the annual Cooperator Open House on March 13th. Hours are from 9 am until 3 pm at the USDA Building located at 625 West Nursery Street in Butler. Award winners presented at 12:45 and refreshments and lunch from noon until 1:00.
