The City of Butler released a letter to all City of Butler residents. The document is intended to gather information regarding the water service line material that delivers water to customers served by the City of Butler.

Department of Natural Resources as part of the Lead Service Line Inventory is own
as LSLI.
Residents are asked to fill out and return the form as
soon as possible
to the Butler City Hall
