The Butler Christmas Parade will hit the Square on Saturday evening December 7th. The Grand Marshall will be the Butler City Administrator, Cory Snead. The parade will line up at the Bates County Fairgrounds. To be judged in the competition for 1st place, those participating must arrive no later than 5 pm at the Fairgrounds. This year’s Theme is “ Home for the Holidays”. Santa Mailbox will be available at the Gazebo for Santa Letters and Santa’s house will be open for visitors and hours for the month of December will be posted .
