From the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel, Gary Keel Poland, age 84 of Paola, Kansas, formerly of Butler, passed away on Friday, October 12 at Olathe Medical Center.
Graveside services and interment with Military Honors will be 11:30 am, Friday, October 18 at the Appleton City Cemetery. Visitation prior to services 10-11 am. Gary is survived by his wife, Donna; five children, Matthew Poland and wife Maryah of Butler, Shawn, Kurtis, Christina, and Gari Dawn; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a brother, Dennie Poland and wife Johannah.
