Drug Arrest In Butler

 On 7/30/2024, Butler Police Officers were dispatched to a disturbance. While en route, Officers were advised that a male subject had left the scene with a firearm. Officers located a subject matching the description given of the male that left the scene. The subject was identified as Seth Breiner. Breiner was searched for weapons and while being searched, the Officer located a firearm as well as a large amount of loose pills in a plastic bag. Breiner advised the Officer that the pills were Xanax and Percocet.

Breiner was transported to the Bates County Jail and a warrant was issued with the following charges:
Two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance
Unlawful Use Of Weapon - Possess Weapon And A Felony Controlled Substance
Breiner is currently in custody and was assigned a bond amount of $24,500 Cash Only
