Helen Sue Fields, age 57 of Rich Hill, MO passed away Friday, July 5th, 2024 at Truman Healthcare, Lamar, MO.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Myrtle Tree Fellowship. A visitation will be from 10 - 11 a.m. prior to the service, also at Myrtle Tree Fellowship. Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Heuser Funeral Home, Rich Hill, MO. Internment will be at Taberville Cemetery.
Helen is survived by her husband, Randy Fields; Children, Daniel Fields, Brian Fields, Ronald Fields, Joseph Fields, Rhonda Johnson, Sabrina Dunfield, Samantha Cumpton, Bill Fields, and Travis Fields.
