Yet another gas pump skimming device has been located in our area. Last week we reported the same type of incident found on a gas pump in the city of Harrisonville, now one has been found in Adrian.
On 06-25-24 law enforcement was made aware of a skimming device
located on a gas pump at Casey’s in Adrian. Adrian Police Department and the Bates
County Sheriff’s Office wanted citizens to be aware and to ask that you keep an
eye on your card activity if you’ve swiped your card at this station recently.
Paying inside before pumping or using “tap to pay” with your
card or phone is a more secure option than swiping your card at the pump.
