On Friday, June 21st, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Deputies with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Apprehension Unit served a search warrant near Hamilton Ln. and West South Ave. in Belton.
This search
warrant was the result of an extensive investigation into narcotics
distribution. Deputies seized several items of evidence including suspected
methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and money.
In
conjunction with this operation, two people were taken into custody on felony
warrants.
39-year-old
Christopher McGolgin of Belton was arrested on charges of Possession of a
Controlled Substance with a bond set at $4,000.
He was also
arrested on charges for Unlawful Use of a Weapon. McGolgin’s bond for that
charge is also set at $4,000. Both of these felony warrants were out of Cass
County.
42-year-old
Hannah Graham of Belton faces charges of Felony Parole Violation through the
State of Kansas with no bond allowed.
Two
additional suspects, a male and a female were taken into custody pending felony
charges.
All four
suspects are currently being held at the Cass County Jail.

Enforcement Administration assisted with this investigation.
During the
search, a young live deer was located inside the residence. The Missouri
Department of Conservation recovered the deer.
