On Tuesday June 25th around 7:12 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 55 year old Sean P. Smiley of Butler, Missouri. Mr. Smiley was arrested for:
1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance (X2)
2.) Felony unlawful use of a weapon
3.) Following too close
4.) Lane violation.
He was
booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and later released.
