From the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel....Nickolas "Nick" Tucker Alkire, age 36 of Butler, passed away Saturday, May 11 as a result from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.

Nick is survived by his wife, Jeana Marie Alkire of the home; children, Damian Jesus Alkire, Alayna Marie Alkire, Neal Vincent Alkire, Taron McMullen and Christian Watkins all of the home; his mother, Sandra Bedwell and husband Kelly of Butler; and his siblings, DJ Allen of Butler, Danny Allen of Lee's Summit, Doug Bedwell of Butler, Amy Alkire of Chicago, Illinois, and Shaunntai Purdy of Butler.
