Suspects Sought in Clinton Police Pursuit

On 03-20-24 at around 0511 hours, Officers of the Clinton Police Department were dispatched to 425 South Pawnee Street in reference to suspicious activity. The calling party believed the business was being tampered with. Further information given advised the suspect vehicle on scene was a red Ford Mustang.

Officers arrived in the area a short time later and located the vehicle. Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle while still in the parking lot of the business. The vehicle failed to yield to the emergency equipment. The vehicle led the Clinton Police Department on a pursuit through the City of Clinton. During the pursuit the driver of the vehicle took several wrong turns and had to drive past the officer’s locations several times. Officers were able to clearly see the face of the driver.

The pursuit came to an end around Calvird Drive and 13 HWY, when the driver and passenger of the vehicle pulled into a grassy area and began to flee on foot into a wooded area. The Clinton Police Department deployed a drone to canvass the area for the suspects with negative results.

Police are requesting help in locating suspects in the case. If you have information regarding the whereabouts of Nathan McCoy or Andrea Milldleton-Karstens, please contact the Clinton Police Department Dispatch at 660-885-5587.

It should be noted that McCoy has several Felony Warrants for his arrest for Parole Violation and Conditional Release Violation.
