Bates County Memorial
Hospital (BCMH) recognizes Ronnie Smith, CRT as the Employee of the Month for March.
Ronnie has been employed with BCMH since 2012 as a certified respiratory therapist
in the Respiratory Department, and currently serves as Lead Tech for the
department.
Ronnie is known for taking
great pride in everything he is tasked with. He treats all staff, visitors and
patients with kindness and respect. He consistently shows compassion to his patients
and family members to provide the patient with the best experience he can. As
Lead Tech, Ronnie is responsible for ordering supplies for the department and works
with other hospital departments to handle any issues. He is a team player, and
coworkers say he is a joy to work with. Ronnie is a valuable employee, and he
deserves this recognition.
