Harrisonville Farmers Market to open in June

The Harrisonville Farmers Market was established in 2013 to help bring focus back to the historic Harrisonville Square and to provide local gardeners and farmers an opportunity to make their produce available for sale.

Since 2013, Harrisonville has  continued to grow and expand the Market to showcase the homegrown and handmade products that citizens of Harrisonville and their  surrounding areas have to offer.

Today along with fresh, locally produced fruits and vegetables you can also find farm raised eggs and pasture raised meat products. A variety of baked goods as well as jams, jellies and honey are also regular Market staples.

Additionally, you can find a unique variety of handcrafted items and heritage arts like soaps, lotions, jewelry, household items and even treats for pets!

The Harrisonville Market is open on Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to Noon, June through September. They also set up at the Log Cabin Festival held the first Friday and Saturday of October.

It’s a  rain or shine Market and will they will be open unless lightning, severe weather or another threat causes a shut down. Visit their Facebook page for the latest updates.

The Harrisonville Farmers Market  welcome new vendors throughout the season! To become a vendor you must fit within the vendor guidelines and agree to follow the market rules.
