PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Evergy Missouri West Case JEFFERSON CITY---Evergy Missouri West, Inc. d/b/a Evergy Missouri West has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity to own, operate, maintain and otherwise control and manage an existing and operational natural gas-fired, combined-cycle electric generation facility located in Cass County in Pleasant Hill, Missouri, known as the Dogwood Energy Facility.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than November 29, 2023, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov .
