This is an Apple AirTag they are meant for tracking things like your dog or your purse. However, thieves have been placing them on cars, in places like shopping malls, to track them or it’s parts for later theft. If you receive a notification on your phone that an “AirTag is detected” go to your nearest police department for assistance immediately.
